Thomas Blagg - Sarah Pickstock/Emma Hood

Thomas Blagg born 1821 in Audlem, Cheshire. Died April 1891 in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. Sarah Pickstock Born around 1821 in Maer, Staffordshire. Died March 1876 in Stoke On Trent. Married 30th December 1847 at St. Georges Church, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire.

The 1871 Census shows the following family members living at 47 Waterloo Road Burslem, -
Head Thomas aged 50 Manufacturing labourer. - Wife Sarah aged 50 house-keeper. Daughter Elizabeth aged 18. - Son William aged 14, -
Son Joseph aged 12. Son George aged 8, -
Servant Bridget Smith aged 18 born Ireland.

The 1881 Census shows the following family members living at 90 Sutherland Road, Longton,-
Head Thomas aged 60 Carter. - Wife Emma aged 49.
Step Daughter Amy Edge aged 17, Potters Assistant. - Step Daughter Isabella Edge aged 15, Potters Assistant. -
Step Daughter Sarah J. Edge aged 13. Step Daughter Emily Edge aged 9.
Boarder William Bloor aged 21, Potters Labourer. -

Marriage 2.(See above for Marriage 1) Thomas (Widower) married 11th November 1877 at the Parish Church, Edensor to Emma Hood born 1832 in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. Emma also had two previous marriages. Marriage 1= 1851 to John Wainwright. Marriage 2 = 1853 to David Edge.
